Slowly getting there again and I am ready to start sharing about it again.
Time after time I have tried to lose the weight that i have out on in the last 3 years and I have been failing. Basically I push to take off to fast that when I don't make a goal i get discouraged and then I move to the wrong direction.
Well not anymore I have been enriching myself with healthy nutrition books and I am learning what it is that my body needs. I am learning how to eat healthy while losing the weight.
All this, I am speaking just for myself I know it's hard but I am going to get it done. Will you join me?
