Yesterday Bob Harper was on NBC on the today show and he gave a couple of tips for weight loss that I know I can follow.
1. Go to town with fruits. He said something to the effect that you never hear of the person that when your are on binges you can't gain weight.
2. Go to sleep hungry. I didn't catch the reason why we should because I was reading the list to my boo.
Anywhoo, getting there. I want to be at a surprise weight by the time my family comes to visit for Memorial Day =)
