So 2 nights ago I went to the gym and by default I worked out for 2.5 hours. I will be honest when I say that I have not worked out like that in a really long time let's say since feb of 2011. So I lost 3 pounds when I went last week and it was great. Let's be honest all it did was clear my colon. But still it felt awesome.
So today I went on my first jog since May 2010. I went a far distance, not as far as you may think but it's far for me being that I don't normally run.
Let's just say that because of that work out I'm so motivated and have so much energy and I'm just so excited to work out.
My only only concern is during the run my hamstring started to cramp, I think. They say walk it off, but sometimes it's so bad there is nothing anyone can do about it .
