Honestly, since I have had the cable line installed in the garage there is No excuse as to why not just go down one flight of steps and go ham on a workout. So that is what I have been doing, I have been drinking a lot of water and stretching like there is not tomorrow (avoiding cramps) with 30 mins of cardio in between. Yesterday I did 30 mins and today I completed 1 hr this morning and I plan on doing some more tonight while watching Shahs of Sunset reunion.
