I have not been working out just salads for lunch. This past weekend ( I should do hauls) I puchased 5 salads one for each day of the weekday. Each salad consists of very different flavors and ingredients.
I stack the salads low in the fridge so I literally cannot see which one I am grabbing. So each morning it's a surprise which one I am going for.
Again til this day there has been no purchase that I have not enjoyed from Trader Joe's.
This mornings weigh in
For breakfast:
I usually make a small sandwich with water in the morning.
