When I started this in June, my doctor said the south beach diet would be my rule of thumb. I said okay. I took out books on the South Beach diet and read overall what the concept was. Especially the first two weeks of the diet is very specific. To the point where I was not feeling the food recipes provided in the books was something I could really follow, I am just being honest
Following the rules though, I created this dish and I loves it!
Below are the list of the ingredients in the order I used them.
Garlic Paste
Onions
Red papers
Grilled Chicken
Greek seasonings
Spanish
Cherry Tomatoes
Cut up all the veggies and chicken into cubes, stir fry and enjoy
