The summer roll consisted of a thin outer layer wrap wrapped in spinach with cuts of cucumber, carrots, and beets stuffed inside. I complemented the meal with a tall glass of iced water. Nothing was better!
Very refreshing, the only down part with the dip they give you. I think it was a sweet thai chili sauce, Ketchup, and fish sauce combined. No bueno for what I am looking to accomplish.
I also had a side salad for later packed as well.
