Update

Had a weigh in of 213 today. I have been eating a lot. But it's basically pre meditated (to clarify: my boo and I made menus for what we will eat for the rest of the week)
I am pretty much eating at the same time and I am getting my body in the habit of it.
For Dwali, at work we are eating indian dishes and it's Bomb. Chicken Masala the Best!
Open your eye and taste the culture that is around you. You never know if there is something that smacks your taste like it's never been rocked before.
