Peanut Butter Oats

On weekend morning I love to make this dish. It's soo simple.

Lot's of fiber with a dose of protein.

Oats (1/2 cup)
Honey/ Raw Sugar
Peanut Butter (1 tbs)
Optional: 1 tsp. of protien poweder

And the good thing is that there are soo many ways to re-invent this dish.

I like to each this dish with the Peach oatmeal (for flavor)
Or just use a can of un-proccesed oats.
