Mango Salsa Recipe

Baby it's cold outside, but we are sizzling up in here. Spring is around the corner and I am dying to bring in pops of color to my world, starting with the food. I love making mango salsa!! Because it's fruit base it is very 
Refreshing to have.
1 hour to Make
Preparation: 20 mins
Chill for 30 mins
To Make the Mango Salsa you will need
  • 1 Mango (diced)
  • 1/2 Cup of Red Onion (finely Chopped)
  • 1 Green Pepper with Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup of finely chopped Red Pepper
  • 1 Small Cucumber
  • 3 Tbs of Fresh Cilantro
  • 3 Tbs of Fresh Lime Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste 
***For  a Kick Substitute Jalapeno Pepper w/ No seeds)




 Prepping the food
The Mango
Peel the skin off
 Cut down to the seed or the core
-Cut one lateral line around the mango and slip in half


-Cut the halves into strips
-Then cut strips into cubes


 Peel, Cut into strips,  & then finely chop.

 I used the Jalapeno Pepper for this one
-I halved the pepper
-Rinsed the seeds out
-Finely Chopped
 -Peel the Cucumbers
-Finely Chopped

-I quartered the pepper (really huge pepper)
-Rinsed the seeds out
-Finely Chopped
 -Roll the limes to get the juices flowing
-Halfed 2 limes
-Squeezed the Juice out

 Now that we are done with all the prep
Quite literally place all the ingredients in one bowl
Mix the Ingredients together


 Then leave to chill for 30 mins, and serve with Chips, on chicken.
