I don't know what happened...

But I won't give up, my goal was to hit OnederLand but then I hit a very small road block last weekend. Okay I told myself that I was going to get up again and start all over but boy it has been tough. I seriously think it's a lot of water weight but there is nothing I can do about it besides sweat it out.

Goal: 199 by Saturday

Plan:
Until further notice Take Out Thursday is cancelled.

Over the weekend - Have a sporty day out or if anything park the car on a strip and walk our brains out.

Sorry, but when it comes to what I am doing it becomes harder to see so far out in the future.

  1. You're going to have to kill it to hit 6.5 pounds down by Saturday. Do you have a solid plan for tracking calories? Are you making your calories count FOR YOU by choosing nutritious, wholesome foods? I hope you get to your goal, looking forward to seeing you in Onederland.
