Tip: No eating after 7pm
This tip is making it impossible to fall asleep before midnight because all I am thinking is that " I can go downstairs and make an Arepa with Cheese."
But seriously it's a good habit. Also, I am having the heaviest meal earlier on in the day. It only make sense as I need more energy for the start of the day, not closer to the end.
Also, I have dusted off the treadmill and I am running again. Instead of doing the routine workout, I am adjusting the speeds myself and I quite like it. Especially if what I am running to is Youtube Music Videos. If the beat is bumping then you know I am Running.
