1.5 tbs of walnuts
1 tbs of Chia Seeds
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup of yougurt
1/2 cup of Almond Milk
No sweetener needed the banana is sweet enough for me.
Needs more color but my is this delicious.
Great meal for prepping, best when you make the night before, just like it's name.
I bought some figs so I will try different styles of overnight oats with time.
