Personally I love the Taste of Vanilla Ensure. But keep in mind since I was younger I have been sipping on these nutritional shakes.
But my BF dislike the taste to the fullest.
That is why I would say it really has to do with personal preference.
My only pev with this drink is that I am working out harder than ever but since I have been sipping on this drink I have gained a lb per week for the past 3 weeks and it's not muscle mass. =/
How do the Ensure taste? Ive been thinking about trying some out but skeptical of the flavor.
