I want to see 194 and ASAP. I can see, the number seems so close but for some reason I am unable to find myself coming close to that number. Every day, I weigh in and I find myself maintaining which is great, don't get me wrong but I am at the point where I want more.
My method is.....
Lose alot of weight and then maintain for a while could be a month or a couple of months. I think I am going to go for the next stride. I want to be 194 by next Friday just in time for Colombian Celebration Dinner on the 20th.
