100 Day Challenge - Days 3 thru 5

Slowly but steady is all I can offer. This week I have been doing great with all the fruits, veggies and lean protein that I have been eating.

Also last night was a pretty awesome and I feel like it set the tone for what I know that I have to do next, which is train. I was winded out of breathe to the point where my pinky toe started cramping while I attended this 2 hour Zumbathon. None the less I had so much fun. But it was just a reminder that I have a race to attend in 8 months and I really have to get ready.

But I think my I had such a great alternative to a Saturday night that I wish this was something they offered every night. Unfortunately it's once a year.
