Steps to ONEderland

Could there be a correlation? The days that I have the lowest steps per day are the days I feel the most depressed? 

It could also be to my lady days but I am so happy to be back at the gym for a session of another 5k.

Going to try and get those steps in today and call sit a day. All I want to see is ONEderland. (A.K.A. 199 or less).

I came at 200 today let's see if I can get to see 199 tommorow.
